With such a great skiable terrain, 640 acres in all running out of skiable terrain won’t happen. The nearest ski area featuring a more towering vertical drop is 952 miles away. Eaglecrest is a small-size ski mountain featuring an average altitude difference if compared to other west coast ski areas. The 1,400 feet of drop is not too bad; it's enough to get some decent time on the trails between lifts. All 4 great ski lifts at this ski hill will get you up the

    mountain well. Eaglecrest has a delightful diversity of slopes; it won’t leave anyone bored. The extraordinary 25 feet of annual snowfall is one of the reasons this is such a nice ski hill. With a total of 31 ski slopes to ski on; it's a fine array. The yearly
snowfall is stronger than average at Eaglecrest. This ski resort has an average part of challenging slopes and an average share of beginner and intermediate trails. Some people prefer skiing and some snowboarding, either way, in this general vicinity, you won't find many other ski areas. A brilliant workout and just being on the runs for a while are brilliant causes to come. Eaglecrest has a reasonable selection of trails and not many ski lifts. Snowboarding and skiing in this region is a good thing to do every day of

the ski season. If you'll be sleeping in a hotel, you're in luck, accommodations are on hand near the base zone, and if you make reservations before you go, you're all set. In wintertime the Alaska peaks are a great spot for skiing or snowboarding. The picturesque prettiness of the Alaska peaks and the joy of zipping down a slope are in themselves reason enough to come here to ski. The snow blanketed peaks of the Chugach Mountains make for a great sight.
