Man, this place is tiny. I like it that way, it's very cozy and inspiring. says Richard.
Boreal is a great little ski area, plenty of fun runs and good snow. It's a lot smaller than most ski areas around here which is of course both good and bad. But for a resort of this size it's perfect. says Ken Smith.
I LOVE SNOW BOARDING AT YOUR RESORT IT IS SO |
BEAUTIFUL says Stephanie.
This is a more inviting than average ski area in possession of a quite petite drop when compared to other west coast ski mountains. This ski area has an okay assortment of ski slopes and an ok sum of good ski lifts. On this slope
| | you'll come across 41 different ski trails; it's a glorious variety. This ski hill gets covered by so much snow, 33 feet yearly, and that is a very brilliant coverage. The 500 foot vertical drop is naturally not that much to boast about, but Boreal compensates for it in other ways. Some people prefer skiing and some snowboarding, either way, in this general vicinity, you'll bump into scores of ski mountains. Boreal is a tremendous place for everyone with lots of easy ski runs. This ski mountain has 380 acres of skiing | |

territory, and all of it makes for perfect skiing. This ski mountain has a much lower than average proportion of challenging trails and a much higher than average share of intermediate or beginner ski slopes. All of the 9 different ski lifts will get you up the
slope efficiently. Boreal is a tremendous ski hill with lots of different ski runs; it's just not possible to get bored here. Getting your skiing muscles activated and spending some quality time in the fresh air will have you coming back. This ski mountain receives
more than average snow every winter season. The Northern Sierra Nevada covered in good snow is a splendid snowboarding or skiing destination. You'll come across a lot of skiers from Truckee-Grass Valley here. The close by hotel rooms are a bit far from the base
area, but if you don’t have reservations, you may end up sleeping in your vehicle. Skiing and snowboarding in this part of the country is lots of fun the whole season. When this segment of California is covered in good snow; it is truly a splendid time of year
for snowboarding or skiing. The best piece of info on this resort is of course the ski map of Boreal on this page. The Northern Sierra Nevada and its highlands is a vista worth seeing.
