The close by hotel rooms are a bit far away from the base area, but you'd better reserve before you go as these hotel rooms fill up rapidly. winter. Mountain High is a smaller size than average ski mountain featuring a medium altitude difference when compared to other west coast ski hills. In wintertime the California highlands are always fine for snowboarding and skiing.

Good exercise and spending some quality time in the fresh air outshines anything. Winter in the mountains of California and great ski slopes are in themselves incentive enough to come here to ski. You could be into skiing or snowboarding, or both, doesn't matter, in this general area, you'll discover loads of ski mountains. Mountain High has a magnificent choice of slopes to match all abilities; it's just not possible to get bored here.
