You cannot compare a slope like, say, Vertigo at Mountain High West, rated as a double-black diamond, with any double-black diamond at Baldy, where the slopes are far steeper and have numerous obstacles. While I found some really sweet powder their last week, the area is prone to very high winds, sheets of glassy ice where you

    would never expect them, and even after a big snowfall, there are stretches of mud, dirt, and rocks. If you take training seriously, and are experienced, and you pay attention every single second, and you don't mind having the living crap scared out of you, you
can have a great time on this mountain. If you are lazy, drunk or inexperienced, be prepared to go home in a cast-- or a helicopter. --Ma says Matthew.

Mt. Baldy has a decent range of trails and a comparatively humble total of ski lifts. The 8 feet of snow that fall here every season keeps the coverage glorious. Mt. Baldy has an average share of demanding ski trails and an average proportion

of green and blue trails. This ski mountain has 400 acres of skiable land, and it's all in great shape. There are 4 great ski lifts here, and they are in good shape. The snowboarding and the skiing in this part of the country is a good thing to do the whole season. The annual snowfall is around average at this ski mountain. Not too many lodgings in close proximity, you'll have to journey a bit to get to one, but do book a room previous to going since it is a very popular destination. Mt. Baldy is a small ski hill having a medium elevation difference if compared to other west coast ski mountains. Getting some tremendous exercise and just hanging out with your skiing mates will have you coming back. Mt. Baldy has the biggest drop for 310 miles. This ski mountain's drop from top to bottom of 2,100 feet is in fact unbelievable. This ski area has 28 ski trails, and they are picturesque. The winter scenery of the California highlands and the exceptionally pleasant runs are sure to keep you returning for more. The snow covered summits of California are something you can’t pass up if you're interested in snowboarding or skiing. The summits of the San Gabriel Mountains give this ski mountain a very magnificent sight. The picturesque snow covered San Gabriel Mountains summits are a magnificent snowboarding or skiing destination.
