Badger Pass ski area, Central Sierra Nevada, California
|
| | Badger Pass is the perfect place to learn to ski or snowboard. It has a really long bunny slope, and all the other trails are pretty easy too. The problem is that once you know how to ski without a V-shape thingy the place has little to offer. The staff is very friendly though. says Bob.
This ski area has a much lower than average fraction of black and red runs and a much higher than average fraction of easy trails. There are 5 lifts here, and they are in good condition. This ski area has 100 acres of terrain, |

| | bottom is of course not that much to brag about, but Badger Pass compensates for it in other ways. The amazing 17 feet of seasonal snowfall is ample for exceptionally fine coverage.
