| | You have to go 272 miles to get to a ski area having a better size elevation difference. The snow here becomes very deep, 33 feet yearly, and that is one of the greatest marks of this ski hill. Mt. Rose has an ok collection of slopes and a decent pick of great ski lifts. Mt. Rose boasts stronger than average snow each winter. Having such a good size skiable terrain, 900 acres in all you won't be deficient in ski terrain. Mt. Rose has an average fraction of hard trails and an average fraction of blue and green slopes. |
