Cooper Spur has a comparatively small range of slopes and not many ski lifts. This is a more inviting than average ski area having a smaller than average drop when you compare it to other ski resorts in the region. The 500 foot drop is naturally not that much to brag about, but Cooper Spur makes up for it in other ways. With a skiing territory of 50 acres, it's relaxed enough

    to get to know all your fellow skiers. This ski hill gets 8 feet of white snow every winter, and that keeps the ski trails well blanketed throughout the ski season. The seasonal snowfall is roughly speaking average at Cooper Spur.
The 10 slopes at this ski resort are picturesque. You may have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the base zone if you want to stay overnight, but you'd better book prior to departure in view of the fact that these hotels fill up swiftly.
