| | This ski resort has a height difference of 1,195 feet; Mt. Ashland makes good use of it. You have to go 91 miles to get to a ski resort in possession of a fuller-scale height difference. This ski resort has 23 slopes, and they are totally cool. Mt. Ashland is a relaxed ski resort with a drop that's more or less average compared to other west coast ski resorts. | | average share of difficult slopes and a much lower than average share of intermediate or beginner slopes. Mt. Ashland gets covered by higher than average snow each winter. The remarkable yearly snowfall of 25 feet is one of the reasons this is such a good ski mountain. Some folks prefer skiing and some snowboarding, either way, this region has a reasonably small number of ski hills. for snowboarding and skiing. It's always fun to ski here at Mt. Ashland where a load of the ski slopes push the limits of even the greatest skiers. No need to search hard for hotels, and if you make reservations prior to departure, you're all set.
