The 1,500 feet of vertical drop is not that shaggy; it's enough to get some decent time on the slopes between lifts. This ski area has an average proportion of difficult ski runs and an average proportion of blue and green runs. All in all there are 65 runs to select from; there are ample runs for every skill. Mt. | | snowfall is higher than average at this ski resort. Mt. Hood Ski Bowl has a decent mixture of runs and enough good ski lifts to serve them all. Fine exercise and spending some quality time in the outdoors will have you returning for more. The tremendous seasonal snowfall of 25 feet is one of the reasons this is such a fine ski hill. Some folks prefer skiing and some snowboarding, either way, this is a region with lots of sites for that. The peaks of Oregon in the winter are a brilliant place for snowboarding or skiing. | |

No scarcity of wonderful hotel rooms, but you'd better book before you go given that these hotel rooms fill up fast. The splendid mountain surroundings of Oregon and the very fine slopes are reason enough to come here to ski. The peaks of the Central Cascade Range
make for a brilliant panorama. The ski map of Mt. Hood Ski Bowl on this net page of course says a thousand words. This ski area has a fine array of trails; it won’t leave anyone bored. The snowboarding and the skiing in this part of the country is so much fun during the snow season.
