49 Degrees North ski area, Washington

49 degrees north is not a very big ski area but it has some unique qualities. There's lots of runs where you can ski among the trees, that's quite neat I think. says Michael Clark.

This ski hill has 6 ski lifts, and they will get you up the mountain well. You have to go 37 miles to get to a ski hill boasting a more sizeable vertical drop. With 2,325 acres of skiable terrain you won't lack skiing land. The 1,851 feet of drop is relatively reasonable; it's enough to get some decent time on the slopes between lifts.
With a total of 68 runs to ski on; it's a delightful array. Snowboarding and skiing in this part of Washington is a wonderful thing to do all winter season long. This ski area has an okay diversity of trails and sufficient great ski lifts to serve them all. The
mind-blowing 25 feet of yearly snowfall is an extraordinarily brilliant coverage. This is a larger than average ski resort with a roughly average elevation difference if compared to other west coast ski hills. 49 Degrees North is a good spot for the whole family with lots of intermediate or beginner trails. The seasonal snowfall is greater than average at this ski hill. This is a good ski hill with lots of different trails; it's not possible to get bored here. This ski hill has a much lower than average part of difficult
ski trails and a much higher than average percentage of easy trails. The peaks of Washington blanketed in wonderful snow are a fine place for snowboarding or skiing. Not too many hotels around here, you'll have to go a bit to get to one, and if you make reservations before you go, you're all set. Getting a tremendous workout and just being on the ski trails for a while outclasses anything. Whether you're skiing or snowboarding, there are scores of tremendous sites for that in close proximity.
