49 degrees north is not a very big ski area but it has some unique qualities. There's lots of runs where you can ski among the trees, that's quite neat I think. says Michael Clark.

With 1,265 acres of skiable terrain you will never be without ski terrain. 49 Degrees North has an average amount of snow every winter. The 1,851 feet of height difference is not that shaggy; 49 Degrees North makes great use of it all. 49 Degrees North has an acceptable variety of slopes and enough great ski lifts to serve them all.

    The inspiring annual snowfall of 20 feet is a tremendously great depth. Not too many hotel rooms around here, you'll have to go a bit to get to one, but if you don’t have reservations, you may perhaps end up slumbering in your automobile. This is a standard size
ski mountain featuring a roughly average drop from top to bottom compared to other west coast ski hills. The 5 ski lifts here are enjoyable to catch a ride with. 49 Degrees North is a family friendly ski mountain with heaps of blue and green slopes. This ski resort has a much lower than average percentage of hard slopes and a much higher than average proportion of green and blue slopes. No other ski hill for 37 miles has a more towering vertical drop. With a sum of 40 trails to ski on; there's a tremendous collection to

please everyone. This ski mountain has a fine selection of slopes to fit all abilities; it's totally impossible to get bored here. The mountains of Washington during snow season are always splendid for snowboarding and skiing. The scenic panorama of the Washington hills and first-rate ski runs have scores of people coming here. A great workout and getting out of the house for a while have folks coming here.
