The incredible 13 feet of annual snowfall is one of the reasons this is such a delightful ski hill. Williams has a rather small mixture of slopes and not too many lifts. The skiing land being 30 acres, it's more of a cozy style ski mountain. No other ski mountain for 147 miles has a more towering height difference. With a 600 foot height difference it's not the tallest hill there is, but Williams has so many other delightful properties. This ski resort has a much lower than average fraction of challenging slopes and a much higher than average fraction of intermediate or beginner slopes.
