Purgatory is a mid-size ski area boasting a medium drop if compared to other US Rockies ski hills. This ski area has a drop from top to bottom of 2,029 feet which is sufficient for a great top to bottom run. This ski hill gets covered by snowfall close to the local average each winter season.
