| | Silverton is a mid-size ski mountain in possession of an average vertical drop compared to other US Rockies ski resorts. This ski hill has a fairly humble selection of runs and few ski lifts. With such a big skiing territory, 1,819 acres in all you won't run out of skiing area. Silverton has a much higher than average ratio of difficult runs and a much lower than average ratio of blue and green runs.
