Red Lodge Mountain has the greatest drop from top to bottom among ski areas in a 129 mile radius. The height difference of 2,400 feet is mind-blowing. Mountain is like. Hotels are on hand close to the base area, but if you don’t have reservations, you may end up snoozing in your car. The Montana hills in the wintertime are always glorious for snowboarding and skiing. The natural beauty of the Montana hills and
the glorious feeling of speeding down the slopes have folks coming from all over. Red Lodge Mountain has a perfect mixture of runs; it's completely out of the question to get bored here.
