Solitude

The snow I experienced at Solitude when I went there was probably the best I've ever had. Absolutely incredible, perfect snow. Says Paul Hill.

This ski mountain has a vertical drop of 2,047 feet which is plenty for a glorious top to bottom run. Solitude has a good diversity of ski slopes and a good amount of good ski lifts. The remarkable 42 feet of yearly snowfall is more than enough for genuinely glorious coverage. Having 1,200 acres of skiable land
you won't be without skiable terrain. All in all there are 65 trails to select from; it's a delightful selection. This ski hill has a much lower than average fraction of red and black slopes and a much higher than average proportion
of beginner and intermediate ski slopes. This ski resort has 8 ski lifts, and they are in delightful condition. The Wasatch Range and its peaks make for a magnificent view. Getting a good workout and just hanging out with your skiing mates will make you pleased you came. Solitude is a mid-size ski area having a drop that's around average compared to other US Rockies ski hills. This is a good ski resort with loads of different ski slopes; it's impossible to get
bored here. Solitude has heavier than average snow each snow season. The snowboarding and the skiing in Utah is a perfect thing to do the whole ski season. In winter the Wasatch Range is a magnificent skiing or snowboarding destination. Solitude is a family friendly ski resort with loads of intermediate or beginner ski slopes for beginners. The ski map on this page will give you a good idea what Solitude is like. The natural loveliness of the Utah mountaintops and all the good slopes have many snow skiers coming here. Whether you're skiing or snowboarding, this region has a lot of ski resorts. There are good comfortable hotels here, and if you make reservations prior to departure, you're all set. Nothing tops the Utah peaks in the winter; they are a magnificent place for skiing or snowboarding.
