The 18 slopes at this ski resort are striking. This ski area has a moderate mixture of slopes and not many lifts. This is a smaller size than average ski resort having a relatively relaxed vertical drop compared to other east coast ski mountains. All of the 4 good ski lifts are capably kept up and operated by friendly people. With 50 acres of skiing land, it's relaxed enough to get to know all your fellow snow skiers. Whether

    you're skiing or snowboarding, there are scores of splendid ski mountains for that in close proximity. This ski hill has an average share of tough ski trails and an average share of intermediate or beginner slopes. A splendid workout and getting out of the house
for a while will have you coming back. A 300 foot elevation difference is of course not that much, but Woodbury has so many other good attributes. Woodbury has less snowfall than the local average every snow season. Every winter season this ski mountain gets 6 feet of great snow, and that keeps the depth pleasant. The snowboarding and the skiing in this part of the country is so much fun every day of the snow season. There are lots of lodgings here if you want to stay an extra day, but if you don’t have reservations,

you will possibly end up snoozing in your vehicle. A heap of skiers journey up here from Torrington, particularly on the weekends. When this sector of Connecticut is covered in wonderful snow; it is truly a nice time of year for skiing or snowboarding.
