Lost Valley ski area, Maine
| | This is a cozy ski area featuring a cozy drop from top to bottom if compared to other east coast ski mountains. No other ski mountain for 27 miles has a more towering drop from top to bottom. Having 45 acres of ski terrain, it's petite enough to get to know all your fellow people. This ski resort has 17 runs, and they are totally amusing. Some exercise and spending some quality time in the wilderness will have you returning for more. Lost Valley has a much lower than average part of black and red slopes and a much higher |
than average part of easy slopes. The snowboarding and the skiing in this part of the country is a delightful thing to do during the ski season. Many skiers from Lewiston-Auburn like to ski here. This ski hill boasts 4 feet of white snow every season, and that
| | is unsurprisingly not world-class, but not too shaggy either. A 240 foot drop is naturally not that much, but Lost Valley has so many other tremendous features. This ski mountain has lower snowfall than the local average each winter. Lost Valley has a humble selection of slopes and a modest total of ski lifts. If you'll be living in a hotel, you're in luck, hotel rooms are at your disposal next to the bottom area, but if you don’t have reservations, you may perhaps end up sleeping in your car. Maine gets extremely delightful | |
in wintertime; it is the most splendid time of the year for snowboarding and skiing. Lost Valley is a great ski area for everybody with scores of easy runs for learners.
Special features: Newly designed Terrain Park 2 new rails
