| | Saddleback ski area Management Says: New at Saddleback for '08-'09 Season The Berry Family acquired Saddleback in 2003 and have since made significant improvements including a 46% increase in terrain, two quad chairlifts, new family/beginner area, spectacular post & beam base lodge, snowmaking coverage expanded to 85%, lengthened and increased the capacity of the Rangeley Chair, obtained approval of a 10 Year Plan for the mountain and a 4-season resort village, and added on-mountain lodging with the Rock Pond, South |
Branch and Mountain Brook Condominiums. Progress continues with the following improvements: NEW KENNEBAGO QUAD CHAIRLIFT A Dopplemayr quad chairlift replaces the Kennebago T-bar which was difficult to ride because of the steep terrain. The new chair will

is in a bowl that is separate from the rest of the ski area. Three advanced trails were added in the bowl this summer. The new lift services 12 Top-to-Bottom advanced skiing runs. NOVICES & INTERMEDIATES CAN SKI FROM THE SUMMIT -- FOR THE FIRST TIME The
new quad chairlift also allows novice and intermediate skiers to ski from the summit for the first time. Novices can now enjoy the panoramic views and ski along the 4000 ft. ridge amongst rime-frosted conifers before descending to the base via the 3.1 mile America
and Hudson Highway trails. Intermediates can ski Tri-Color and Green Weaver, a one mile loop, back to the Kennebago Chair. 4 NEW TRAILS Black Beauty, Frost Bite and Artula (black diamond) were added off the new Kennebago Quad Chair. Hornberg (green circle)

advanced skiing complex. New at Saddleback for 2008-2009 Season MORE SNOWMAKING Additional snow guns were added in various locations including Tight Line and the headwalls of Warden's Worry and Supervisor - all in the new quad area. Plus snowmaking coverage
was extended to America. CENTRAL RESERVATION AND PACKAGING SYSTEM A new Inntopia Central Reservation and Packaging System will allow Saddleback to book lodging, Ski & Stay and other packages at the lodges in the town of Rangeley as well as the condominiums
at the mountain. NEW RENTAL AND RETAIL SHOPS Saddleback will now operate the rental and retail shops in the base lodge that were previously operated by a lessee. This season the rental shop will have a new fleet of rental skis, boards, boots, bindings and
poles. The retail shop will have a new inventory of clothing and accessories. ADDLEBACK VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT CONTINUES Interest in owning a condominium or private home site in Saddleback Village continues. EAST MAGALLOWAY PRIVATE HOME SITES Roads
and utilities for the East Magalloway private home sites were completed during the summer with15 of the 22 lots already spoken for. These lots are located trailside to the two proposed Magalloway lifts and have spectacular views of Saddleback Lake and the Western
Maine Mountains. MOUNTAIN BROOK CONDOMINIUMS The second Mountain Brook building was completed this summer. Saddleback now offers Quarter Share and Whole Ownership in three projects: Mountain Brook (1, 2,and 3 bedroom units), South Branch (1 and 2 bedroom units) and Rock Pond (3 bedroom units).
