Blandford has an acceptable array of trails and enough different ski lifts to serve them all. Blandford obtains lower snowfall than the local average every snow season. The 4 feet of good snow that falls here every winter is relatively all right for a ski hill such as this one. This ski resort has 158 acres of skiable area, and it's all in pleasant shape. This ski hill has 26 trails, and they are pleasant to ski

    on. A 465 foot height difference is naturally not that much, but Blandford compensates for it in other ways. Snowboarding and skiing in this part of Massachusetts is scores of fun through the winter season. The 5 ski lifts here are cool to get a ride with. Blandford
has a much lower than average proportion of demanding trails and a much higher than average fraction of intermediate or beginner trails. This is a conventional size ski hill with a smaller size than average drop from top to bottom if compared to other east coast ski mountains. Scores of skiers from Springfield like to ski here. A nice workout and just being on the ski runs for a while will make you glad you came. You may have to settle for a hotel a bit far away from the base area if you want to spend the night, but you'd
