Blandford is an average size ski mountain in possession of a more petite than average elevation difference if compared to other east coast ski areas. This ski area has 26 runs, and they are fine. Blandford boasts less than average snow every ski season. This ski area has 158 acres of skiable area, and all of it makes for pleasant skiing. The yearly snowfall of 4 feet doesn’t sound like a lot, but it's relatively

    acceptable. You might be into skiing or snowboarding, or both, doesn't matter, in this general vicinity, you'll locate lots of ski hills. This ski hill has a reasonable variety of ski trails and enough different ski lifts to serve them all. A 465 foot drop from
top to bottom is naturally not that much, but Blandford makes up for it by other means. All of the 5 good ski lifts are in fine shape. Blandford has a much lower than average share of red and black trails and a much higher than average part of intermediate or beginner ski trails. Loads of skiers from Springfield like to ski here.
