Blue Hills
|
| | Blue Hills is a family friendly mountain with world class instruction. Two former instructors have won Olympic medals and one of the current instructors has life time certification at the highest level. (There are very few in the U.S. at this level.
My grandchildren look forward to their lessons each week and they love the beautiful view of Boston from the top of Big Blue. It's great to see the lights of Boston in the distance at night! says Doug Forbes.

Hey, I would like to know if you can use a SNOESKATE at This ski area in Braintree MA? says MIKE.
A 309 foot drop from top to bottom is of course not that much, but Blue Hills has so many other fine properties. This is a smaller
| | size than average ski mountain in possession of a pretty small-size vertical drop if compared to other east coast ski resorts. This ski resort has 8 ski slopes, and they are cool to ski on. The 5 different ski lifts here are in perfect condition. With a skiing territory of 60 acres, it's small enough to get to know all your fellow snow people. Blue Hills has the most sizeable vertical drop for 55 miles. The yearly snowfall of 5 feet doesn’t sound like heaps, but | |

it's reasonably reasonable. This ski area has a somewhat modest diversity of trails and a decent choice of ski lifts. There are several wonderful accommodations in the vicinity of the bottom area, and if you make reservations before
| |
| |
you go, you're all set. Getting a splendid workout and spending some quality time in nature will make you feel splendid. This ski area has a much lower than average fraction of demanding runs and a much higher than average ratio of beginner and intermediate trails. Some folks prefer skiing and some snowboarding, either way, this is an area with heaps of ski areas for that. Blue Hills gets covered by lighter snowfall than the local average every snow season.

The winter months in Massachusetts is so pretty for skiing and snowboarding. The skiing and the snowboarding in this region is a perfect thing to do through the winter season. This ski area is a small-size ski area managed by caring
people. The ski map on this web page will give you a good idea what Blue Hills is like. A load of skiers drive up here from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy, in particular on the weekends.
