This is an ordinary size ski hill boasting a roughly average drop from top to bottom compared to other east coast ski hills. This ski area has 45 trails that you may ski on; there are sufficient trails for every skill. Gunstock has an okay mixture of slopes and a reasonable number of good ski lifts. No other ski hill for 24 miles has a more towering height difference. This ski hill has 8 different ski lifts, and they make for a calming ride up the mountain. This ski resort has 220 acres of skiable terrain, and it's all

    covered by wonderful snow. There are some brilliant places to stay in close proximity to the base area, and if you make reservations before heading out, you're all set. This ski area has a much lower than average proportion of black and red ski runs and a much
higher than average percentage of easy slopes. The snow covered highlands of New Hampshire are a great place for skiing and snowboarding. Some people prefer skiing and some snowboarding, either way, there are loads of great ski areas for that in the vicinity. Please refer to the ski map of Gunstock on this web page for information. Every winter this ski area gets 8 feet of snow, and that keeps the depth pleasant. The 1,400 feet of height difference is pretty all right; Gunstock makes great use of it. The annual snowfall

is approximately average at Gunstock. The wonderful scenery of the New Hampshire mountains and the rush of coasting down a slope have loads of folks coming here. This is a family friendly ski hill with loads of intermediate or beginner trails. The highlands of the White Mountains make for a great landscape. This ski hill has a nice range of trails; there's absolutely no way to get bored here. Getting a great workout and getting out of the house for a while will make you feel great. The snowboarding and the skiing in this part of the country is so much fun all season long. The beautiful snow blanketed White Mountains highlands are a one hundred percent skiing and snowboarding heaven.
