Ragged Mountain ski area, White Mountains, New Hampshire
|
| | I went to this mountain with my school and it was a really fun expiernce and I am planning to go back with my school some time soon. says Christopher Razza.
This ski hill has 8 feet of white snow every year, and that keeps the depth good. This ski area has 45 ski runs that you could ski on; there's a nice range to please everyone. This is a mid-size ski resort featuring an average drop from top to bottom compared to other east coast ski areas. The 5 different ski lifts here will get you up the hill efficiently. |
|
The winter landscape of the New Hampshire peaks and the splendid feeling of coasting down the ski runs are in themselves cause enough to come here to ski. There's 220 acres of skiable territory, and all of it makes for good skiing. There aren’t any hotel rooms
| | in the vicinity, but if you're prepared to journey a short distance then no problem, but do reserve a room prior to departure given that it is a very popular destination. Ragged Mountain is a family friendly ski hill with loads of intermediate or beginner runs. This ski hill has a much lower than average proportion of black and red trails and a much higher than average ratio of beginner and intermediate slopes. This ski resort has a good diversity of slopes and a reasonable selection of different ski lifts. The 1,250 | |

feet of drop from top to bottom is reasonably acceptable; Ragged Mountain makes good use of it. This ski area gets blanketed by snowfall close to the local average each season. A little bit of exercise and just being on the ski runs for a while have snow folks
coming here. The snowboarding and the skiing in New Hampshire is a lot of fun every day of the season. The New Hampshire mountaintops during ski season are a pleasant location for skiing and snowboarding. The mountaintops of the White Mountains make for a pleasant
view. Whether you're skiing or snowboarding, there are a lot of good ski hills for that in close proximity. The White Mountains in winter is a pleasant location for skiing and snowboarding. This ski hill has a brilliant pick of runs to fit all abilities; it won’t
leave anyone bored.
