Whaleback has an average share of advanced and expert runs and an average fraction of blue and green runs. Whaleback has the most sizeable vertical drop among ski areas in a 21 mile radius. The 9 feet of wonderful snow that falls here every year keeps the depth great. All 7 ski lifts at this ski hill are fun to take a ride with. This is a small-size ski area having an elevation difference that's in the order of average if compared to other east coast ski areas. The yearly snowfall is more or less average at Whaleback.

    The terrain being 60 acres, it's more of a small style ski hill. The best piece of info on this resort is unsurprisingly the trailmap of Whaleback on this internet page. A lot of skiers drive up here from Lebanon, particularly on the weekends. All the 28 trails
here are good to ski on. This ski area has a decent range of runs and enough great ski lifts to serve them all. A 700 foot drop is unsurprisingly not that much, but Whaleback compensates for it with other things. A tremendous workout and spending some quality time in the outdoors attract folks from far and wide. There are scores of hotels here if you want to stay for the night, and if you make reservations before heading out, you're all set. The skiing and the snowboarding in this region is a good thing to do through

the winter season. The wintertime months in New Hampshire is so pretty for skiing or snowboarding.
