Hickory Ski Center ski area, Adirondack Mountains, New York
|
| | I ski here all the time, it's pretty good. says Steve.
This ski mountain receives lighter snowfall than the local average each winter. This is a regular size ski resort featuring a roughly average vertical drop when you compare it to other ski hills in the region. Hickory Ski Center has a much higher than average fraction of black and red slopes and a much lower than average fraction of green and blue slopes. The yearly snowfall of 3 feet is naturally not top-notch, but not too bad either. The 18 runs at this |

ski resort are delightful. You have to go 44 miles to get to a ski hill featuring a greater altitude difference. These ski slopes are foot breaking; they'll make you really feel years younger. This ski hill has 200 acres of ski terrain, and all of it makes for
| | perfect skiing. If you'll be sleeping in a hotel, you're in luck, places to stay are available near the main area, but if you don’t have reservations, you may perhaps end up slumbering in your vehicle. Some people prefer skiing and some snowboarding, either way, there are a lot of magnificent ski hills for that in the neighborhood. The 4 great ski lifts here are fun to take a ride with. Hickory Ski Center has a somewhat modest range of ski trails and quite few lifts. The 1,280 feet of height difference is not too shaggy; | |
