| | The seasonal snowfall is less than average at Tuxedo Ridge. Having a skiable territory of 35 acres, it makes for an intimate skiing experience. This ski mountain has a fairly humble diversity of trails and a small sum of ski lifts. This ski mountain has a much higher than average ratio of black and red slopes and a ratio of green and blue slopes much lower than average. Tuxedo Ridge is a smaller than average ski area with a small altitude difference if compared to other east coast ski mountains. You might be into skiing |

or snowboarding, or both, doesn't matter, there are scores of wonderful places for that in the neighborhood. All of the 4 great ski lifts will get you up the mountain effectively. All the 7 trails here are beautiful. A 400 foot drop is of course not that much,
| | but all the other fine attributes of Tuxedo Ridge compensate for it. The 3 feet of wonderful snow that fall here per year is not incredibly high, but it's all right. Some of the ski trails on Tuxedo Ridge can easily hurt you; but you need to do what you need to do, or? No shortage of good hotel rooms, but you'd better reserve in advance of a trip as these hotel rooms fill up quickly.
