Swain   All of the 6 ski lifts will get you up the slope well. This ski mountain gets blanketed by an average amount of snow every winter season. With a 650 foot height difference it's not the highest hill there is, but Swain has so many other perfect qualities. This ski hill has an ok mixture of ski slopes and an acceptable selection of lifts. The incredible 11 feet of seasonal snowfall is one of the greatest highlights of this ski area. This ski resort has 100 acres     of skiing land, and it's all covered by ice cold snow. Swain is a more petite than average ski area boasting an average drop from top to bottom compared to other east coast ski mountains. This ski hill has an average percentage of hard runs and an average ratio of intermediate or beginner ski slopes. This ski resort has 30 trails that you can ski on; it's a great range. Loads of skiers from Corning like to ski here. Snowboarding and skiing in this part of New York is a lot of fun every day of the winter. The nearest ski mountain with a more sky-scraping drop is 57 miles away. Getting your skiing muscles started and getting out of the house for a while will make you pleased you came. When       this part of New York is blanketed in snow; it is so scenic for skiing or snowboarding. The nearby accommodations are a bit far from the bottom area, and if you make reservations before you go, you're all set.
