| | You have to go 57 miles to get to a ski resort boasting a better size altitude difference. The annual snowfall is approximately average at this ski resort. This is a small-size ski hill featuring a drop that's in the order of average compared to other east coast ski resorts. The 650 foot height difference is of course not that much to boast about, but Swain compensates for it with other things. There's 100 acres of skiing area, and it's all covered by good snow. are brilliant motives to come. The 6 good ski lifts here are in wonderful condition. On this hill you'll locate 30 different trails; there are plenty trails for every ability. This ski mountain has an average proportion of challenging runs and an average fraction
| | of beginner and intermediate ski runs. Swain has an ok set of ski runs and sufficient ski lifts to serve them all. This ski mountain receives so much snow, 11 feet annually, and that is plenty for truly wonderful coverage. A lot of skiers voyage up here from Corning, specifically on the weekends. Not too many hotel rooms around here, you'll have to travel a bit to get to one, but you'd better reserve ahead of going as these hotel rooms fill up fast.
