You have to go 33 miles to get to a ski area boasting a bigger altitude difference. Titus Mountain has an acceptable mixture of runs and a good pick of great ski lifts. The phenomenal annual snowfall of 13 feet is one of the reasons this is such a wonderful ski mountain. This ski area boasts an average amount of snow each winter. There's 143 acres of skiable territory, and it's all in fine shape. This ski hill has a much lower than average

    part of hard runs and a much higher than average percentage of easy runs. Accommodations are offered next to the base area, and if you make reservations prior to departure, you're all set. The 1,200 feet of drop is not that shaggy; it's enough to get some decent

All of the 7 good ski lifts are competently maintained and operated by kind folks. This is a typical size ski mountain with a medium drop compared to other east coast ski areas.
