Burke Mountain

  Burke Mountain has an acceptable range of ski slopes and not many ski lifts. All of the 4 great ski lifts are in pleasant condition. No other ski area for 45 miles has a more towering height difference. There's 250 acres of skiing territory, and it's all blanketed by good snow. The 2,011 feet of vertical drop is a glorious drop. This is an ordinary size ski area boasting a more towering than average elevation difference compared to other east coast ski areas.
    Burke Mountain is a good ski hill with loads of different slopes; it's completely out of the question to get bored here. Burke Mountain obtains snowfall close to the local average every winter. In wintertime the Vermont summits are
a tremendous site for skiing and snowboarding. Magnificent exercise and a chance to spend some time in the fresh air are good causes to come. There are 45 ski slopes to select from; there are more than enough ski slopes for every capability. The fantastic 18 feet of yearly snowfall is one of the best traits of this ski mountain. Burke Mountain has a much lower than average percentage of expert and advanced runs and a much higher than average proportion of  
beginner and intermediate ski slopes. The scenic loveliness of the Vermont hills and the nice sense of speeding down the ski slopes have lots of ski people coming here. Whether you're skiing or snowboarding, there are a lot of good locations for that close by. Snowboarding and skiing in this part of Vermont is scores of fun during the winter. There's a ski map of Burke Mountain on this net page for your reference. Burke Mountain is a family friendly ski hill with a lot of easy slopes for novices. You may have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the base area if you want to spend a night, but you'd better book before heading out because these lodgings fill up rapidly. The snow blanketed summits of the Green Mountains give this ski mountain an enormously tremendous view. The beautiful snow blanketed Green Mountains summits are a tremendous skiing and snowboarding destination.
