Villa Olivia ski area, Illinois
|
| | Villa Olivia is a great place to bring your family specially of you have small kids. It's like a big snow playground. The slope is not very impressive but it's ok for a quick little mini ski trip. says George Moore.
All the 9 trails here are great. All 6 good ski lifts at this ski area are fun to catch a ride with. This ski resort has a comparatively modest diversity of ski runs and sufficient lifts to serve them all. A 180 foot drop is unsurprisingly not that much, but Villa Olivia makes up for it with other |
|
things. Villa Olivia has the greatest height difference for 25 miles. This ski hill has a much lower than average proportion of tough ski trails and a much higher than average ratio of blue and green ski runs. Villa Olivia boasts lower than average snow every
| | season. A magnificent workout and a chance to spend some time in the wilderness will have you coming back for more. Having 15 acres of skiable land, it's more of a small style ski area. The yearly snowfall of 2 feet is not enormously high, but it's ok. You'll stumble upon many skiers from Chicago-Naperville-Joliet here. This is a petite ski resort in possession of a roughly average altitude difference if compared to other mid west ski mountains. Skiing and snowboarding here in Illinois is so much fun every day of the | |
