Perfect North ski area, Indiana
|
| | A few fellow snowboarders and I work and board at Paoli Peaks but unfortunately, we've been hit with warm wind and bad weather. We were dying get back to work and snowboard but it didn't happen. Sunday, we all packed up and headed up to Perfect North. I r says Sean.
There's not many ski resorts around these parts but Perfect North is quite nice hill to ski on if you live in the area and you need to ski a bit. says David.
With a 400 foot height difference it's not the tallest hill there is, but Perfect |
|
North compensates for it in other ways. This ski mountain has a somewhat humble variety of slopes and a decent amount of good ski lifts. The annual snowfall is less than average at Perfect North. This is a normal size ski mountain featuring a drop that's about
| | average compared to other mid west ski hills. There are 10 lifts here, and they will get you up the hill efficiently. This ski hill has a much lower than average proportion of advanced and expert slopes and a much higher than average ratio of beginner and intermediate slopes. This is a family friendly ski area with scores of green and blue slopes for beginners. No other ski hill for 116 miles has a more sky-scraping vertical drop. With a skiing land of 75 acres, it's extremely nice and small-size. No lack of great hotel rooms, | |

but do reserve a room before heading out because it is a very popular destination. This ski hill receives 2 feet of beautiful snow per year, and that doesn’t sound like a load, but it's pretty all right. All the 23 trails here are striking. You get scores of skiers
going up here from Cincinnati-Middletown on snow covered weekends. Indiana gets enormously pretty during ski season; it is so pretty for snowboarding and skiing. Getting a bit of delightful exercise and just hanging out with your skiing mates outdoes anything. Skiing and snowboarding here in Indiana is a great thing to do every day of the snow season.
