This ski hill has a decent set of trails and a decent pick of different ski lifts. Big Powderhorn Mountain obtains an average amount of snow each ski season. Having a grand total of 33 trails to ski on; it's a good mixture. The amazing 17 feet of yearly snowfall is plenty for truly great coverage. A 600 foot elevation difference |

is of course not that much, but all the other nice qualities of Big Powderhorn Mountain make up for it. You'll run into scores of skiers from Merrill here. This is a fuller-scale than average ski area in possession of plenty of vertical
| | feet when compared to other mid west ski resorts. There's 250 acres of ski terrain, and it's all in glorious shape. This ski mountain has a much lower than average fraction of advanced and expert ski runs and a much higher than average share of beginner and intermediate trails. of the Gogebic Range is a vista worth seeing. Some people prefer skiing and some snowboarding, either way, around here, you'll come upon lots of perfect spots. There are good comfy hotels here, and if you make reservations ahead of going, you're all set. Some exercise and just hanging out with your skiing friends are perfect reasons to come.
