Boyne Highlands   The amazing annual snowfall of 13 feet is one of the reasons this is such a glorious ski hill. This ski resort has 430 acres of skiable land, and all of it makes for good skiing. This ski area gets covered by an average amount of snow every snow season. All in all there are 54 ski runs to pick from; there are sufficient ski runs for every capability. A 552 foot elevation difference is of course not that much, but all the other wonderful qualities of Boyne     Highlands make up for it. Boyne Highlands has an average fraction of advanced and expert ski runs and an average percentage of green and blue ski trails. You may be into skiing or snowboarding, or both, doesn't matter, this neighborhood has scores of ski resorts. This ski hill has an okay assortment of ski trails and an ok selection of ski lifts. All 10 lifts at this ski mountain make for a peaceful ride up the slope. The nearest ski area having a more soaring elevation difference is 179 miles away. This is a sizeable ski resort featuring a soaring vertical drop if compared to other mid west ski areas. Good exercise and spending some quality time in the outdoors beats anything. There are loads of       places to stay here if you want to stay for a few days, but you'd better reserve before you go since these places to stay fill up rapidly. The wintertime in Michigan is the most marvelous time of the year for skiing and snowboarding.   This is a popular ski resort for skiers from Sault Ste. Marie.
