| | Good ski hill, I go there a lot with my buddies. There are a lot of other ski hills around here but we keep going back to this one, the other ones are good too we just feel home at this one I suppose. says Brian.
On this slope you'll come upon 49 different slopes; there's a perfect variety to satisfy everyone. The ice cold snow here gets really deep, 17 feet per winter, and that is plenty for really magnificent depth. The 10 lifts here will get you up the slope efficiently. at this ski hill. There's 400 acres of skiing land, and it's all blanketed by white snow. Shanty Creek has an ok set of trails and enough lifts to serve them all. Shanty Creek is a fuller-scale than average ski area featuring a medium altitude difference compared
| | to other mid west ski hills. You have to go 21 miles to get to a ski hill boasting a bigger drop. Shanty Creek has an average ratio of challenging trails and an average part of beginner and intermediate trails. Shanty Creek has a brilliant diversity of runs; it's out of the question to get bored here. No matter if you're skiing or snowboarding, this neighborhood has lots of ski resorts. The 450 foot drop from top to bottom is of course not that much to boast about, but Shanty Creek has so many other splendid characteristics. | |

The snowboarding and the skiing in this part of the country is a tremendous thing to do through the ski season. Please refer to the ski trail map of Shanty Creek on this net page for info. The winter months in Michigan is truly a glorious time of year for snowboarding
and skiing. A tremendous workout and getting out of the house for a while beats anything. Heaps of skiers go up here from Cadillac, especially on the weekends.
