With a 225 foot altitude difference it's not the highest hill there is, but all the other pleasant characteristics of Swiss Valley compensate for it. The 11 slopes at this ski resort are totally cool. The terrain being 60 acres, it's very nice and petite. This ski mountain has a much lower than average ratio of tough slopes and a much higher than average percentage of beginner and intermediate slopes. | | condition. Swiss Valley is a regular size ski mountain in possession of an altitude difference that's roughly average when compared to other mid west ski hills. Swiss Valley has the greatest elevation difference for 23 miles. Swiss Valley obtains less than average snow each ski season. You might be into skiing or snowboarding, or both, doesn't matter, this area has a quite small number of ski areas. is a very popular destination. This is a splendid site for everybody with a load of intermediate or beginner trails.
