| | This ski hill has a much lower than average percentage of hard runs and a much higher than average share of green and blue slopes. The seasonal snowfall is more or less average at Homestead. All the 15 slopes here are amusing to ski on. With 16 acres of skiable land, it's incredibly friendly and small. The fluffy snow here turns extremely deep, 13 feet per year, and that is one of the reasons this is such a tremendous ski mountain. so many other great features. This is a petite ski hill in possession of an average altitude difference when you compare it to other ski areas in the region. Michigan gets very charming in winter; it is the most splendid time of the year for snowboarding or skiing.
| | Lots of skiers from Traverse City like to ski here. All 5 different ski lifts at this ski area make for a peaceful ride up the mountain. Homestead has a comparatively humble assortment of slopes and an acceptable selection of lifts. Homestead is a family friendly ski hill with loads of beginner and intermediate trails. to stay fill up quickly.
