| | Excellent ski hill to bring the kids to, huge number of lifts that serve all abilities which is important when you have kids because they're all at different ages all the time. There's always a perfect lift for everyone in the family. says Michael.
Afton Alps has so many runs, you'll never get bored. Great skiing for the whole family, mainly easy runs but there are a few hard ones too. I recommend this ski area to anyone who likes to ski. says Nancy.

Afton Alps is a good size ski mountain in possession of an average height difference compared to other mid west ski areas. All in all there are 41 runs to pick from; there are sufficient runs for every capability. Afton Alps has an ok array of ski trails and loads
| | of ski lifts. The 4 feet of fluffy snow that falls here annually is not incredibly high, but it's all right. There are 18 great ski lifts here, and they make for a tranquil ride up the mountain. This is a good location for everybody with lots of beginner and intermediate ski trails for novices. When this section of Minnesota is covered in ice cold snow; it is truly a magnificent time of year for skiing and snowboarding. There's 250 acres of skiing land, and it's all in pleasant condition. average ratio of challenging ski trails and a much higher than average fraction of blue and green ski trails. Perfect exercise and getting out of the house for a while are brilliant incentives to come. This ski mountain has a good mixture of ski trails; it's completely
out of the question to get bored here. A 350 foot drop from top to bottom is unsurprisingly not that much, but Afton Alps compensates for it with other things. Please refer to the ski run map of Afton Alps on this web page for information. No lack of great rooms,
and if you make reservations before heading out, you're all set. Loads of skiers from Red Wing like to ski here. As you're on this page you are possibly into skiing or snowboarding, either way, this neighborhood has many ski mountains.
