The 7 feet of snow that fall here yearly keeps the depth tremendous. This ski hill has a decent assortment of ski trails and enough lifts to serve them all. This ski area gets blanketed by lower snowfall than the local average every snow season. This ski area has 202 acres of skiing territory, and all of it makes for glorious skiing. The 500 foot drop is of course not that much to brag about, but Giants

    Ridge has so many other delightful attributes. Giants Ridge has the most sizeable height difference for 40 miles. This is a better size than average ski hill featuring a medium drop from top to bottom compared to other mid west ski mountains. This ski area has
a much lower than average ratio of black and red trails and a much higher than average part of green and blue ski trails. All of the 6 ski lifts are ably looked after and operated by friendly people. Snowboarding and skiing in this region is a good thing to do all winter season long. This ski hill has 34 trails that you may ski on; there's a brilliant set to please everyone. This is a popular ski hill for skiers from Duluth. Giants Ridge is a brilliant place for the whole family with many intermediate or beginner ski

runs. You may be into skiing or snowboarding, or both, doesn't matter, this is an area with not too many other sites for that. Please refer to the ski trail map of Giants Ridge on this web page for info. This ski mountain has a brilliant selection of ski runs to match all abilities; it won’t leave anyone bored. The Mesabi Range blanketed in beautiful snow is a great snowboarding and skiing destination. Getting a little great exercise and just hanging out with your skiing mates will make you feel great. There are lots of rooms here if you want to stay for the night, but do reserve a room before heading out given that it is a very popular destination. The wintertime in Minnesota is the most marvelous time of the year for snowboarding and skiing. The snow blanketed peaks of the Mesabi Range make for a great landscape.
