There are 6 different ski lifts here, and they make for a tranquil ride up the slope. Having 35 acres of skiing territory, it makes for a friendly skiing experience. The annual snowfall of 5 feet is not enormously high, but it's reasonable. This ski mountain has a much lower than average percentage of advanced and expert ski runs and a much higher than average ratio of beginner and intermediate trails. With a 175 foot elevation

    difference it's not the highest hill there is, but Hyland makes up for it with other things. Hyland gets blanketed by lower than average snow every season. Hyland has a fairly humble assortment of trails and a reasonable number of ski lifts. Pleasant exercise
and getting out of the house for a while have people coming here. This ski mountain has 14 ski trails, and they are cool to ski on. Hyland is a relaxed ski hill having a relatively small-size height difference if compared to other mid west ski mountains. Many skiers from Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington like to ski here. There are a number of glorious accommodations in the neighborhood of the main area, but you'd better reserve ahead of going since these accommodations fill up fast. In view of the fact that you're
