Mount Kato
|
| | Mount Kato is where I love to ski. No need to go far, just a few minutes and you're there. says Jay.
The 240 foot elevation difference is unsurprisingly not that much to boast about, but Mount Kato has so many other great characteristics. Mount Kato is a standard size ski resort with a medium drop if compared to other mid west ski resorts. All of the 8 great ski lifts are enjoyable to catch a ride with. The 19 slopes at this ski mountain are charming. |

This ski resort has a much lower than average percentage of tough runs and a much higher than average ratio of easy ski runs. The ski terrain being 55 acres, it's more of a small-size style ski resort. Mount Kato has a rather humble
| | diversity of ski runs and an ok amount of great ski lifts. Getting a little bit of great exercise and just being on the slopes for a while surpasses anything. This ski mountain gets 4 feet of beautiful snow yearly, and that is of course not first-class, but not that shaggy either. No matter if you're skiing or snowboarding, this vicinity has scores of ski mountains. Mount Kato is a family friendly ski hill with lots of intermediate or beginner ski runs for | |

novices. The yearly snowfall is lower than average at this ski resort. You have to go 60 miles to get to a ski resort having a fuller-size elevation difference. No shortage of wonderful rooms, but if you don’t have reservations, you

may well end up sleeping in your car. The winter in Minnesota is so striking for skiing and snowboarding. You get loads of skiers traveling up here from Mankato-North Mankato on snow-white weekends.
