This ski hill has a somewhat small selection of slopes and a decent amount of good ski lifts. The annual snowfall is lighter than average at Powder Ridge. All the 15 ski slopes here are wonderful. The nearest ski hill boasting a more sky-scraping height difference is 77 miles away. This ski area has a much lower than average share of red and black trails and a much higher than average share of green and blue slopes.

    The 290 foot height difference is unsurprisingly not that much to talk about, but all the other glorious features of Powder Ridge compensate for it. The annual snowfall of 4 feet doesn’t sound like plenty, but it's rather acceptable. The 7 different ski lifts
here are admirably taken care of and managed by welcoming folks. Powder Ridge is a typical size ski area featuring a roughly average altitude difference compared to other mid west ski hills. The skiing and the snowboarding in this region is a glorious thing to do the whole winter. With a terrain of 60 acres, it's very likable and relaxed. away from the main area, but you'd better reserve before heading out because these rooms fill up rapidly. A little bit of exercise and just being on the ski runs for a while will have you returning for more. When this part of Minnesota is covered in beautiful snow; it is the most grand time of the year for skiing and snowboarding. You get scores of skiers going up here from St. Cloud on snow-white weekends. You might be into skiing or snowboarding, or both, doesn't matter, this neighborhood has lots of ski resorts.
