This ski hill has a somewhat small selection of slopes and a decent amount of good ski lifts. The annual snowfall is lighter than average at Powder Ridge. All the 15 ski slopes here are wonderful. The nearest ski hill boasting a more sky-scraping height difference is 77 miles away. This ski area has a much lower than average share of red and black trails and a much higher than average share of green and blue slopes. |

The 290 foot height difference is unsurprisingly not that much to talk about, but all the other glorious features of Powder Ridge compensate for it. The annual snowfall of 4 feet doesn’t sound like plenty, but it's rather acceptable. The 7 different ski lifts
| | here are admirably taken care of and managed by welcoming folks. Powder Ridge is a typical size ski area featuring a roughly average altitude difference compared to other mid west ski hills. The skiing and the snowboarding in this region is a glorious thing to do the whole winter. With a terrain of 60 acres, it's very likable and relaxed. away from the main area, but you'd better reserve before heading out because these rooms fill up rapidly. A little bit of exercise and just being on the ski runs for a while will have you returning for more. When this part of Minnesota is covered in beautiful
snow; it is the most grand time of the year for skiing and snowboarding. You get scores of skiers going up here from St. Cloud on snow-white weekends. You might be into skiing or snowboarding, or both, doesn't matter, this neighborhood has lots of ski resorts.
