| | Spirit Mountain has the greatest altitude difference among ski resorts in a 811 mile radius. The 9 lifts here are competently taken care of and operated by friendly folks. The 700 foot vertical drop is unsurprisingly not that much to brag about, but Spirit Mountain makes up for it in other ways. it to other ski resorts in the region. Spirit Mountain is a magnificent ski hill for young and old with a lot of green and blue slopes. The seasonal snowfall is about average at this ski resort. This ski mountain has 22 ski trails,
| | and they are exciting to ski on. This ski area has 175 acres of terrain, and all of it makes for great skiing. Getting a wonderful workout and getting out of the house for a while attract folks from all over. When this part of Minnesota is covered in fluffy snow; it is the most grand time of the year for snowboarding or skiing. This ski resort has a much lower than average ratio of tough ski slopes and a much higher than average percentage of blue and green runs. | |

This ski area has a somewhat small range of runs and enough ski lifts to serve them all. There are good comfy lodgings here, but do book a room previous to going given that it is a very popular destination. Some people prefer skiing

and some snowboarding, either way, this is a region with loads of places for that. Skiing and snowboarding here in Minnesota is a lot of fun every day of the winter. A lot of skiers from Duluth like to ski here.
