Devils Head has the greatest altitude difference for 76 miles. The yearly snowfall of 3 feet is not fantastically high, but it's reasonable. This ski mountain has 28 runs, and they are totally enjoyable. This ski hill has a reasonable set of slopes and lots of different ski lifts. All of the 16 ski lifts are in glorious condition. |

A 500 foot drop is unsurprisingly not that much, but Devils Head has so many other good attributes. Devils Head is a wonderful ski hill for young and old with loads of intermediate or beginner ski runs. This ski resort gets blanketed by lower snowfall than the
| | local average each season. This is a better size than average ski area having an average drop compared to other mid west ski areas. You may be into skiing or snowboarding, or both, doesn't matter, this is a region with a lot of places for that. Snowboarding and skiing in this part of Wisconsin is so much fun all ski season long. share of blue and green slopes. Not too many places to stay in the vicinity, you'll have to travel a bit to get to one, and if you make reservations before heading out, you're all set. A heap of skiers go up here from Madison, specifically on the weekends. The ski map of Devils Head on this net page of course says a thousand words.
