| | it. Every ski season this ski hill gets 5 feet of great snow, and that doesn’t sound like lots, but it's relatively ok. You could be into skiing or snowboarding, or both, doesn't matter, there are a lot of great locations for that close by. The yearly snowfall is less than average at Highlands of Olympia. enjoyable. The winter months in Wisconsin is the most wonderful time of the year for snowboarding or skiing. This is a popular ski mountain for skiers from Watertown-Fort Atkinson. Getting your skiing muscles set in motion and getting out of the house for a while attract ski people from all over. Highlands of Olympia is a family friendly ski resort with a lot of green and blue ski trails.
