Sunburst ski area, Wisconsin
|
| | I am interested in buying a season pass. Who do I contact to get one? says Robin Palzkill.
I was just at Sunburst for some tubbing and it was great! there was fresh snow and the cashier told us the run may be slow. Well, if that was slow, i can't wait to go when it is fast! says Stephanie.
Sunburst is a great place to take your family. The special offers they have to teach a family to ski are the best I have ever seen. Service has always been great. I have been to Sunburst about 8 times and enjoyed |
every time. A must if you have children says RB.
I went to Sunburst last year once, the lift broke down but they fixed it right away so no problem really. There were a lot of really nice folks there too. Good friendly atmosphere. Can't wait to go again.

Sunburst obtains less snowfall than the local average each ski season. Sunburst has an average share of expert and advanced ski runs and an average ratio of easy ski trails. The 10 slopes at this ski hill are picturesque. Sunburst is a cozy ski area in possession of an average altitude difference when compared to other mid west ski hills. Sunburst has a comparatively humble assortment of ski trails and an acceptable sum of lifts. There are 9 good ski lifts here, and they make for a tranquil | |

ride up the mountain. With a skiing territory of 35 acres, it's exceptionally likable and cozy. You have to go 41 miles to get to a ski hill boasting a greater elevation difference. No matter if you're skiing or snowboarding, this is an area with a heap of sites
for that. This ski area gets covered by 4 feet of great snow yearly, and that doesn’t sound like a lot, but it's rather okay. A 225 foot elevation difference is of course not that much, but Sunburst compensates for it by other means. The winter in Wisconsin is
so charming for skiing and snowboarding. There are some good accommodations close to the base area, but do reserve a room prior to departure as it is a very popular destination. Snowboarding and skiing in this region is a great thing to do the whole season. There's a trailmap of Sunburst on this page for your reference.
