Sunburst ski area, Wisconsin
|
| | I am interested in buying a season pass. Who do I contact to get one? says Robin Palzkill.
I was just at Sunburst for some tubbing and it was great! there was fresh snow and the cashier told us the run may be slow. Well, if that was slow, i can't wait to go when it is fast! says Stephanie.
Sunburst is a great place to take your family. The special offers they have to teach a family to ski are the best I have ever seen. Service has always been great. I have been to Sunburst about 8 times and enjoyed |
every time. A must if you have children says RB.
I went to Sunburst last year once, the lift broke down but they fixed it right away so no problem really. There were a lot of really nice folks there too. Good friendly atmosphere. Can't wait to go again.
| says Tony Nelson.
With a 225 foot drop it's not the tallest hill there is, but Sunburst makes up for it with other things. Sunburst has the largest drop for 41 miles. Sunburst is a small ski hill with an altitude difference that's roughly average when you compare it to other ski mountains in the region. This ski area boasts lighter than average snow each season. This ski resort has 10 slopes, and they are striking. This ski hill has a fairly humble range of runs and a decent choice of lifts. The winter in Wisconsin | |
|
|
is the most grand time of the year for snowboarding and skiing. This ski hill has 9 different ski lifts, and they will get you up the hill well. The 4 feet of wonderful snow that fall here every winter is reasonably acceptable for a ski mountain like this one.
Whether you're skiing or snowboarding, around here, you'll encounter many fine places. With a skiing territory of 35 acres, it makes for a friendly skiing experience. This ski area has an average part of difficult slopes and an average share of intermediate or
beginner runs. You get a lot of skiers driving up here from Fond du Lac on snow covered weekends. There are many rooms here if you want to stay an extra day, but you'd better book before you go given that these rooms fill up swiftly. The ski run map on this page
will give you a good idea what Sunburst is like. A fine workout and spending some quality time in the wilderness will make you delighted you came.
