Trollhaugen ski area, Wisconsin
|
| | IT'S FUN BUT THE PARK CREW NEEDS TO BUILD MORE JUMPS, AND DO A BETTER JOB WITH THEM TOO. says SAM.
Trollhaugen is a nice and cozy type of ski area, good place to take the kids. I recommend it. says Bill Lopez.
Trollhaugen was the first ski-area I went to, to learn how to snowboard. It was a very nice enviroment. Good snow, good people and a fun place to go to. I HIGHLY recommend it! says Jessica Modl.
The skiable land being 80 acres, it's more of a relaxed style ski mountain. The 4 feet of wonderful |
|
snow that falls here yearly is not exceptionally high, but it's reasonable. This ski mountain has a somewhat humble collection of runs and a good number of great ski lifts. Trollhaugen is a typical size ski resort having a medium drop from top to bottom compared
| | to other mid west ski areas. The 10 ski lifts here are well kept up and managed by kind people. The annual snowfall is less than average at Trollhaugen. Skiing and snowboarding here in Wisconsin is loads of fun every day of the snow season. This ski area has a much lower than average proportion of demanding trails and a much higher than average fraction of green and blue runs. With a 260 foot height difference it's not the tallest hill there is, but all the other delightful properties of Trollhaugen make up for it. | |
