Wilmot mountain ski area, Wisconsin
|
| | I love wilmot, i go there almost every day in hte winter. Last season, i even went on christmas day. It was great. says Hanna Mays.
All of the 11 different ski lifts are competently taken care of and operated by friendly people. All the 25 ski runs here are striking. This ski resort gets blanketed by less than average snow every snow season. The 260 foot drop from top to bottom is naturally not that much to brag about, but all the other perfect features of Wilmot mountain compensate for it. Wilmot mountain has |
|
an average part of tough runs and an average fraction of intermediate or beginner trails. Whether you're skiing or snowboarding, there are loads of delightful locations for that in close proximity. There's 120 acres of terrain, and it's all covered by beautiful
| | snow. A load of skiers journey up here from Racine, especially on the weekends. This is a conventional size ski mountain boasting a medium vertical drop when compared to other mid west ski resorts. Every snow season this ski mountain gets 4 feet of good snow, and that is of course not world-class, but not that bad either. Wilmot mountain has an ok selection of trails and sufficient good ski lifts to serve them all. Please refer to the trailmap of Wilmot mountain on this page for information. a hotel, you're in luck, places to stay are on hand near the base zone, but do book a room before you go because it is a very popular destination. The winter months in Wisconsin is the most wonderful time of the year for skiing and snowboarding. Getting some delightful
exercise and getting out of the house for a while tops anything. Skiing and snowboarding in this part of the country is scores of fun the whole snow season.
