This ski area has a much lower than average percentage of challenging slopes and a much higher than average part of easy runs. This ski hill has a humble collection of runs and enough lifts to serve them all. There's 115 acres of skiing land, and all of it makes for wonderful skiing. compared to other mid Atlantic ski mountains. The seasonal snowfall of 7 feet keeps the depth good. There are 8 lifts here, and they are in good condition. Sugar Mountain is a good ski mountain for everyone with loads of blue and green trails for learners. Magnificent
| | exercise and just hanging out with your skiing friends will have you coming back for more. The skiing and the snowboarding in North Carolina is so much fun through the winter. All the 20 ski runs here are totally enjoyable. The 1,200 feet of vertical drop is not that shaggy; Sugar Mountain makes great use of it. hills. There are scores of glorious rooms to choose from, but do reserve a room in advance of a trip because it is a very popular destination. The lovely vista of the North Carolina peaks and the very perfect slopes are perfect attractions for loads of skiers.
