There are 5 lifts here, and they make for a comforting ride up the mountain. The annual snowfall is lighter than average at this ski resort. With a 500 foot vertical drop it's not the tallest hill there is, but Alpine Mountain has so many other good properties. | | when compared to other mid Atlantic ski resorts. Whether you're skiing or snowboarding, this is a region with loads of places for that. This ski resort has a much lower than average part of difficult runs and a much higher than average fraction of beginner and intermediate trails. The 21 trails at this ski hill are nice.
