| | Big Boulder gets covered by lighter than average snow every snow season. The 4 feet of beautiful snow that falls here per season is of course not top-notch, but not too bad either. This ski area has a rather humble assortment of trails and an ok selection of good ski lifts. Big Boulder is a normal size ski area featuring an average drop if compared to other mid Atlantic ski hills. Big Boulder has a much lower than average share of advanced and expert trails and a much higher than average ratio of blue and green trails. |

The 14 slopes at this ski mountain are totally exciting. There are 9 lifts here, and they are exciting to hitch a ride with. Snowboarding and skiing in this region is scores of fun throughout the snow season. With a terrain of 55 acres, it's more of a small style
| | ski hill. Lots of skiers from East Stroudsburg like to ski here. With a 475 foot drop it's not the highest hill there is, but all the other brilliant qualities of Big Boulder compensate for it. This is a great location for everyone with heaps of green and blue slopes. The winter in Pennsylvania is the most magnificent time of the year for snowboarding and skiing. There are many wonderful places to stay to select from, but you'd better reserve previous to going in view of the fact that these places to stay fill up rapidly.
