Blue Knob has an acceptable range of trails and enough lifts to serve them all. The annual snowfall of 8 feet keeps the slopes well blanketed during the winter season. This ski resort has an average proportion of black and red ski trails and an average proportion of beginner and intermediate trails. The 1,072 feet of elevation difference is rather okay; it's sufficient to get some decent time on the slopes between lifts. Blue Knob is an average size ski area featuring a soaring height difference when compared to other mid Atlantic ski mountains. You could be into skiing or snowboarding, or both, doesn't matter, this neighborhood has many ski hills. Blue Knob has the biggest altitude difference among ski mountains in a 101 mile radius. Blue Knob gets blanketed by an average amount of snow every season. In wintertime the Pennsylvania summits are a good site for snowboarding and skiing. You may have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the

base zone if you want to stay for a few days, but if you don’t have reservations, you might end up snoozing in your automobile. Getting your skiing muscles started and just being on the runs for a while attract snow skiers from far and near.
